William E. Bloss Named Managing Partner of RLB Accountants

ALLENTOWN, Pa – RLB Accountants has announced the appointment of William E. Bloss, CPA, to the position of managing partner. The announcement was made by Martin C. Levin, CPA, CVA, MBA, who has served as managing partner since the Allentown-based firm was formed in 2009.

Mr. Bloss, 56, has been a principal shareholder of RLB since its founding. Prior to that he served as a senior accountant with Levin Savchak Accountants since 2001. Licensed as a CPA in 1995, he has been active in multiple disciplines of the accounting profession since 1987.

An Easton area native, Mr. Bloss holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from DeSales University and is an active member of the Board of Governors, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chair of the Healthcare Committee and a member of the Public Policy Committee.   He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).   He is a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church in Easton and has long served as a coach for the parish Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) track and field teams.
